Dried bonito and kelp soup recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Laminaria is the frond of Laminaria japonica Arsch. Laminaria japonica Arsch. It is a perennial large brown algae, leathery. 30g Bonito flakes
1/2 tsp salt
2000 ml water

Steps:
