1 1/2 ounce(s) kahlua - i double
3 ounce(s) light cream or half and half - i double
- ice

Steps:

Pour the Kahlua into a rocks glass with some ice, or use a wine glass.
Add the cream.
Add a sip straw and stir gently or not, as you prefer .

This is not meant to be used like whipped cream- just when a recipe calls for heavy cream and you hate to buy a 1/2 pint just for a few tablespoon needed in the recipe..Keep these recipes refrigerated.
