4 ounces heavy cream
4 fluid ounces raspberry syrup
2 cups ice cubes, or as needed

Steps:

Stir together club soda, heavy cream, and raspberry syrup in a pitcher. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice and pour cream mixture on top.
