½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
3 tbsps all-purpose flour
4 tsps Better than Bouillon (roasted chicken flavor)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup whole milk (room temperature)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, can substitute mozzarella)

½ stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
2?½ cups chicken broth
1?½ cups broken uncooked spaghetti
1 cup chopped leftover cooked chicken meat, or to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Steps:

  • Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add broth, spaghetti, chicken meat, condensed cream of chicken soup, and sliced mushrooms. Cover and bring to a boil, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until spaghetti is tender, about 20 minutes.
