1 cup butter pecan ice cream, softened
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the ice cream, self-rising flour and sugar. Transfer to a 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

1 jar (16 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine 3-3/4 cups cookie crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13x9-in. dish. Spread with ice cream; cover and freeze until set. , Drizzle fudge topping over ice cream; cover and freeze until set. Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
