5 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Steps:

  • Place broccoli in a large microwave-safe bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over broccoli. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.,

Air Fryer Asian Sesame Broccoli — Let's Dish Recipes image

Made in the air fryer and garnished with toasted sesame seeds, this crispy broccoli side dish is bursting with the flavors of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, with a hint of sweetness from honey.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Place the broccoli in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, to taste. Toss to coat well.
  • Transfer the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Transfer the broccoli to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
