Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the garlic head on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over garlic and season with salt and pepper. Wrap foil around garlic to fully enclose and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until roasted and tender, about 40 minutes. Remove garlic from aluminum foil and cool for 20 minutes. Remove garlic cloves from the peels.
- Combine roasted garlic, chickpeas, tahini, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, cumin, and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth.

- In a food processor or blender, whirl garbanzos, 1/4 cup reserved liquid, cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions, 1 teaspoon horseradish, and salt until smooth. Taste, and add more horseradish and salt if desired.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350?F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and set aside. 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle that's roughly 9 by 13 inches. 3. Spread Sabra Hummus over the surface of the dough, followed by the cheese and salt and pepper, to taste. 4. Roll the dough into a tight log starting from a long side. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls cut side up in the prepared baking dish, then over loosely with a clean kitchen towel and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes. 5.
