A Top Round Steak is seasoned with a coffee based dry rub then smoked at 225F until Medium Rare.

2.5 lbs London Broil (Top Round Steak)
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
Coffee Based Dry Rub
2 tbsp Ground Coffee
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion

Steps:

  • Evenly coat the meat with a thin layer of yellow mustared.
  • Coat the meat with the dry rub and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • Set your smoker to 225F
  • Place the London Broil on the smoker and close the lid.
  • Smoke the meat fot 1.5-2 hours until an internal temperature of 135F is reached.
  • Alow the meat to cool and slice thin before serving.
