Reese’s Puffs add a double dose of peanut butter and chocolate to this easy microwave version of no-bake cereal bars.

6 cups Reese's Puffs® cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In very large microwavable bowl, place chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter and marshmallows. Microwave on High in 30-second increments, stirring after each, for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly melted. Mixture will be very sticky.
  • Quickly pour cereal into melted marshmallow mixture; stir until cereal is evenly coated. Mixture will be sticky. Pour into pan. Spray hands with cooking spray; press hard to compact mixture into pan, being careful since mixture will be hot.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

If you like cream puffs you will love these. Perfect summer dessert! Cream puffs are a favorite of mine and these are close to them!!

1 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) flour
4 - eggs
- filling:
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
2 1/2 cup(s) milk
6 ounce(s) box vanilla instant pudding
1 - large cool whip topping
2 - hershey candy bars

Steps:

  • Bring water and butter to a boil. Add the flour. Stir and remove from heat. Add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. NOTE: The picture is before adding the eggs.
  • Put in a grease jelly roll pan or 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. If baking in 13X9 bake 10 minutes longer. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese, milk and pudding mix together. Spread on top of cooled pastry. Top with cool whip. NOTE: I decided to add sliced fresh picked strawberries on top of the pudding/cream cheese mixture.
  • Melt chocolate bars. Drizzle over Cool Whip.
  • Jelly roll pan will be a thinner bar and 13X9 thicker more like a piece of cake!!!
  • Just to let you know. I lightly grease my finger tip and pat this in the pan! When this bakes it puffs up and does not have a uniform shape. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temp. and beat it with a little of the milk first to get it creamy. Then add the rest of the milk and pudding. Beat until smooth. I use a large Cool Whip and one candy bar is enough for me. I like the looks!!~

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms. Continue beating until smooth and shiny. Remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. , Pour into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 400° until puffed and golden brown, 28-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., For filling, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and pudding mixes until smooth. Spread over the crust; refrigerate for 20 minutes. Spread whipped topping over filling. Store in the refrigerator. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
