12 g plain tea ((6 tbsp))
500 ml hot water ((85°C or higher))
150 g cane sugar
2.5 L chlorine-free or filtered water
12 g tea, or herbal tea ((6 to 10 tbsp))
500 ml hot water ((85°C or more))
8 to 12 sachets stevia sachets ((or another sweetener))
2.5 L cold filtered water
500 to 750 ml sugar-free kombucha concentrate
30 g finely chopped ginger
