200ml amaretto
3-4 lemons, juiced (you will need 120ml)
1 egg white
small jar or can of cherries in syrup
ice

Steps:

Put the amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and 4 tsp of the cherry syrup into a blender (you can also do this in a large cocktail shaker, you will just need to shake it very hard without adding any ice). Whizz up the mixture a few times at a high speed until it is pale and starting to increase in volume. If your blender is suitable for use with ice, add a few handfuls and pulse just twice more to chill the mixture. Alternatively, just stir in the ice until the outside of the jug feels cold. Pour into glasses and garnish with cherries to serve.

2 ounces DiSaronno Amaretto
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 cup ice
lemon (or lime) slice for garnish

Steps:

Add ice, amaretto and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve (pouring ice into glass with drink). Garnish with lemon slice.
Enjoy and repeat as desired!

In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the Amaretto, extracts and salt. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Pour into crust. Place pan on a baking sheet., Bake at 325° until center is almost set, 55-60 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Combine the sour cream, sugar and almond extract; spread over top of cheesecake. Bake 5 minutes longer., Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan.
