1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DIP:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
4-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
