1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound sweet pork sausage
½ cup Italian style bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper. If using foil, spray lightly with cooking spray to keep the meatballs from sticking.
  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.
  • Shape the meatballs into 18- 20 balls (about 1½ inches in diameter). Press together slightly while rolling them in-between your hands. Make sure the meatballs are the same size.
  • Place on prepared pan about ½ inch apart.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F-165°F.
