1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups STRONG brewed coffee
1 cup white sugar or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Stir all ingredients together in a heavy, medium saucepan.
  • Heat on medium until boiling, stirring often.
  • Continue boiling gently whisking constantly until thickened (about 4 minutes).
  • Pour into a glass jar and cool.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
