You heard that right- this Baked Mac and Cheese is perfect made as a big batch for a family meal or make extra for tomorrow's lunch. A simple recipe with a mix of creamy cheese and Italian seasonings. This recipe supports the Decision-Free, Healthy Solutions, and Phase 2 diet plans. This recipe makes 1 serving at 340 calories.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 HMR Creamy Mac & Cheese Entree
1 HMR 500 Chicken Soup
2 oz. water
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Dash of garlic powder
Ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep small, oven-safe casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2. Combine HMR 500 Chicken Soup, 2 oz. water, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and whisk into a thick       sauce.
  • 3. Combine the sauce and the entree in the casserole dish.
  • 4. Bake uncovered for 20-30 min, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • 5. Add ground pepper to taste.

1 HMR Chocolate Shake
1 1/4 Cup hot water
2 Tablespoon instant coffee crystals (decaf or regular)
1 packet Splenda 

Steps:

  • 1. Use a shaker bottle (plastic bottle with a small whisk ball inside of it.) Add coffee crystals and Splenda to the shaker.
  • 2. Add the hot water and shake bottle slightly. (Make sure the lid is on tight). Vent the top after the first shake of bottle. and continue to vent the top every few shakes thru the process.
  • 3. Add one scoop of chocolate shake mix. Shake until mixed. Make sure you vent the bottle every few shakes.
