  • Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags.
  • Cover; steep 10 minutes.
  • Discard tea bags.
  • Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Stir in sparkling cider, and serve over ice.
  • Garnish, if desired.
