This is a simple,yet east casserole that I nearly always have the ingredients for on hand. It's as easy as "Hamburger Helper" and much better. Freezes well!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs fresh ground chuck
1 large onion (chopped)
1 (8 ounce) package noodles
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes or 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 can white corn
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

Brown onions and meat,season with salt pepper and garlic salt.
Boil the noodles in water for 6 minutes and drain.
Drain corn.
Mix all ingredients and turn into a two-quart greased casserole dish.
Can top with a little more grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen Tater Tots

Steps:

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in corn, soup, 1/4 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper., Preheat air fryer to 350°. Place 1 cup Tater Tots in a greased 3-cup baking dish that fits into your air fryer. Layer with beef mixture and remaining 1 cup Tater Tots; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Cook, uncovered, until bubbly, 15-20 minutes.
