2.25 oz ginger (7 1/3 inches of ginger root)
1.68 oz turmeric root (5 2/3 inches of turmeric root)
4.7 oz lime (2 3/4 limes)
0.5 oz honey (1 tablespoon)
7 oz coconut water (A bit less than 1 cup of coconut water)

Steps:

  • Wash the produce thoroughly.
  • Cut the lime (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lime and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
  • Mix in the coconut water and honey.
