Steps:
- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Working with one sausage at a time, lay a rosemary sprig on top and wrap a bacon rasher around it.
- Put the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil. Roast for 25-30 mins, until golden brown and cooked through.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan) mark 4. Unravel sausage and wrap the bacon around it at intervals, and then coil it back up. Toss the vegetables in the olive oil in a large roasting tin (approx. 28 x 34cm) and season well. Pushing the vegetables to the sides of the tin then place the sausage in the centre and drizzle with honey. Scatter over the bay leaves and cook for 50 mins, turning the vegetables halfway through.
