- Preheat oven to 375°. Make the garlic-knot crust: Cut each biscuit round in half (or quarter it, if the package makes extra-large biscuits), so they're about the size of a half-dollar. Dip the biscuit pieces in melted butter, then place them in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag and top with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Shake to coat. Pour coated dough balls into a large casserole dish, spreading them out in an even layer. Set aside. Make the rest of the pizza: Place ground beef and remaining 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder in a sauté pan over medium heat. Cook beef, breaking it up into crumbles with the back of a spatula, until it's fully browned. Drain and mix with marinara sauce. Pour meat sauce onto pizza, covering the knots. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake in the oven, 20 to 22 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and garlic knots are puffed up and lightly golden (if you can see them).

- Heat oven to 375°F. In small microwavable bowl, microwave garlic, butter and oil on High 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in basil and parsley; set aside.
- Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Twist and tie each breadstick into a “knot-like” ball; place in ungreased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Spoon butter-herb mixture evenly over top of each knot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Thaw the puffed pastry on the counter for 45 minutes or in the fridge for several hours.When thawed, carefully open the sheet, then slice it in half down the middle. Place both halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a baking mat. Preheat oven to 415 degrees, then start on the pizza toppings.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms and garlic in the butter for 2 minutes, then pour in the wine and season with salt and pepper. Allow to continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, until mushrooms are cooked down and liquid is mostly gone. Remove from heat and set aside.To build the pizzas: Brush a thin layer of olive oil in the center part of each half of puffed pastry.On each half, sprinkle on half the cheese so that it covers all but a 1/2 inch border all around the pastry.On one half, sprinkle on the cooked mushrooms. On the other half, sprinkle on the halved tomatoes. Press both mushrooms and tomatoes lightly into the cheese.Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes pastry could go crazy and puff up in areas here and there, but don't worry! It'll be fine.
