Steps:
- Pour the milk into a saucepan or small saucepan and heat. Sprinkle the deoiled cocoa and sugar into the hot milk and stir with a whisk until the cocoa and sugar have dissolved. Pour the rum into a heat-resistant glass and fill up with hot cocoa. Whip cream until stiff and place it on the Hot Lumumba as a hood, as shown in the picture above. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and serve the Hot Lumumba immediately.
