Cook your favorite meat the healthy way with this recipe for perfectly roasted chicken breasts.

Number Of Ingredients 2

2 1/2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp coarse salt and pepper 2 4 oz boneless
skinless chicken breasts 2 rosemary sprigs

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil. Brush foil with 1 teaspoon olive oil. 2. Stir together lime juice, minced garlic, oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of both coarse salt and pepper. 3. On sheet, spoon lime-garlic oil over two boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Top with rosemary sprigs. Roast until cooked through, 12 to 14 minutes. 4. Discard rosemary. Serve, or to keep for later in the week, let cool and then, transfer to a container and freeze. Enjoy!

  • 1. Throw ingredients into a large pot and let simmer for 20 minutes.  2. Portion out into bowls, garnish with cilantro, and enjoy!

Mix well with a spoon until smooth. 3. Form the mixture into a patty about 3/4-inch thick on a parchment paper square. Spray a large nonstick ovenproof skillet with cooking spray and place it over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, gently slide the patty into the pan. Cook the patty until the bottom is browned and it has started to firm up, two to three minutes. Spray the top of the patty with cooking spray, flip, and cook until the other side is beginning to brown. Place the pan in the oven and cook until the patty is firm, two to three minutes. 4. Remove the pan from the oven and place the cooked patty on a plate. Serve as desired. Tips:1. Use only the freshest mushrooms for this recipe or the burger’s flavor could be compromised. 2.
