GOLDEN DICED POTATOES RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT
My aunt once made potatoes like these for us. When I couldn't remember her exact recipe, I created this version. The lightly seasoned coating on the potatoes cooks to a pretty golden brown.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients. Add 1/2 cup potatoes at a time; shake to coat. , In two large skillets, melt butter. Add potatoes; cook and stir over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

- <p>Wash and dice the potatoes (skin on).</p> <p>Once the potatoes are diced, rinse them well in a colander or mesh strainer (to remove some of the starch).</p> <p>Dry the potatoes with a paper towel, set aside.</p> <p>Chop/dice the onion.</p> <p>Remove the inside membranes of the bell peppers. Dice the peppers and set aside.</p> <p>Mix the potatoes, onions and peppers together in a large mixing bowl.</p> <p>Heat a large pan on the stovetop (high heat).</p> <p>Add the vegetable oil, potatoes, peppers and onions to the pan.</p> <p>Sprinkle with the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.</p> <p>Cook for about 20 minutes (rotating and stirring every 5 minutes or so).</p> <p>That's it.</p>
