Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients and leave the sugar alone. My kids and I prefer sweet buns, so sugar is added, but only 20 grams is not very sweet. If you like sweet, you can double the amount of sugar.
  • Put all the ingredients in a basin, mix them into a flocculent shape, and place them on the kneading pad to knead into a smooth, non-sticky dough.
  • Put the dough in a stainless steel bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and carry out the first fermentation.
  • It is hot in summer, and it can be heated to 1.5~2 times the size in about half an hour. If the indoor air conditioner is turned on, it is recommended to heat it for about 40 minutes.
  • After the dough has been exhausted, divide it into pieces of about 60 grams each.
  • Roll each dough into a strip of about 40 cm.
  • Bend the noodles symmetrically as shown, and put the sausage on it.
  • Thread the lower two into the semicircular hole above the sausage as shown in the figure.
  • After passing through both sides, press it down slightly and press the red beans on them as eyes.
  • I made 4 little rabbits, and one dough, made two little white clouds, and used them for other purposes. Carry out the second fermentation, about 20 minutes.
  • The noodles are already big, you don't need to use the cold water pot, wait for the water to boil, and steam for about 15 minutes. Don't remove the lid after turning off the heat, and keep it stuffy for five minutes.
