4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

Steps:

Place ribs in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.

Ingredients

3-4 pound(s) pork spareribs or country-style pork ribs (i use boneless country-style pork ribs)
1 medium onion, sliced (optional)
1 bottle(s) 16 oz. any bottled bbq sauce or 2 cups homemade. (recommended: kraft slow simmered sweet honey.)
- salt and pepper, garlic powder

Steps:

Sprinkle ribs with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place ribs in large pan and fry just long enough to become golden brown and remove excess fat. Not necessary to cook all the way through.
Place sliced onions, if using, in slow cooker. Slice ribs into serving pieces and add to onions. Pour in BBQ sauce to completely cover.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Always tender, juicy and wonderful.
