My Mother, Father and My husband love this recipe. Dad and my husband are diabetics so I also make it sugar free.

Steps:
- Boil 2 cups water. Put 1 cup in deep bowl and add can of cranberries, blend until liquid and smooth. Take other 1 cup of hot water and dissolve 2 packages of raspberry jello. Add dissolved jello to cranberry mixture, add pecans.
- Put 1/2 of mixture in either a jello mold or 8x8 dish, and chill until almost firm. Than once firm spread sour cream over the firm jello.
- Once sour cream is spread add remainder of mixture on top of the sour cream. Refrigerate until firm, and serve.

- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice, zest and nutmeg; mix well. Drain pineapple; add juice to gelatin mixture and set pineapple aside. Chill until syrupy. , Whisk in sour cream. Add the pineapple and pecans. Pour into an 8-cup mold coated with nonstick spray. Chill until firm.
