Our in-house chef put his own spin on cranberry apple juice, adding orange, pear, lemon and fennel, creating a balanced and crazy-good flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3.5 oz orange (2/3 medium orange)
1.65 oz cranberry (41 cranberries (about 1/2 cup))
8 oz red apple (1 1/4 medium apple)
5.7 oz pear (1 medium pear)
0.83 oz fennel (1/10 bulb)
0.83 oz lemon (1/5 medium lemon )

Steps:

  • Wash and prep the produce by peeling the orange, removing the green fronds and stalks from the fennel, and weighing out all the ingredients.
  • Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don't have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
  • Optional: Garnish with an orange slice, cranberry, and fennel fronds.

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until thick (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
