Drinking porridge in the morning is the most nutritious and regulates the intestines and stomach. With porridge, of course, you have to add some porridge and side dishes to match it. Pickle a three-color side dish, with peanuts, celery, and carrots. Bao Dad likes peanuts and nourishes his stomach; the baby likes carrots, eat more carrots with bright eyes; and he also likes celery, which tastes crisp after being refrigerated in the refrigerator. 1 tree celery
100 g Peanuts
1 carrot
2 scoops Balsamic vinegar
1 scoop Soy sauce
Right amount Oil salt
1 drop sesame oil
Right amount garlic
3 grams Thirteen incense
2 grams Sugar

Steps:

  • Wash and dice carrots
  • Wash and dice celery
  • Prepare peanuts thinly and shell
  • Celery and carrots are blanched in water for one minute, then remove, soak in ice water and set aside
  • The peanuts are wiped with a clean damp cloth to remove the dirt on the surface, and deep-fried in a hot pan until cooked
  • Sprinkle salt and let cool
  • Mix the three
  • After the garlic is chopped, put it in a small bowl, add salt, sugar, thirteen spices, splash with hot oil, add light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, mix well
  • Pour into the three cubes and stir well
  • Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight
  • Cook a bowl of hot porridge in the morning and serve as a good partner for porridge
