Hor Fun with Sauce recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

The pace of life of modern people is very tight, especially for office workers. Breakfast time is as simple and fast as possible. Good use of kitchen appliances and microwave ovens can save a lot of time. For example, this sauce pouring pho, plus the processing time, it takes 6-8 minutes before and after. Enjoyed.

Number Of Ingredients 7

100 g Pho
1 Shallots
a little White sesame
a little Noodle Soy Sauce
a little chili sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
a little sesame oil

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Pour the pho to a bowl with cold water, drain and sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Use another bowl to put the noodle soy sauce, soy sauce, spicy sauce, shallot stems, and sesame oil, mix well and set aside for later
  • Put the pho in the microwave
  • Cover the special heating lid for the microwave oven and heat P80 on medium-high heat for 2 minutes
  • Take out the pho and pour in the prepared sauce
  • Put it in the microwave again, and burn it for 2 minutes at medium-high
