7 ounces steam fried Chinese noodles
6 slices ginger
2 stalks green onions (cut in 1-inch strips)
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Steps:

  • Put noodles in 4 cups of salted boiling water. Cook 1-2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Drain and dry.
  • Heat oil in wok or frypan until smoking hot.
  • Add ginger and onion stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add noodles and fry for 5 minutes over med heat.
  • Add sauce, and stir until coated.
  • Serve hot or cold.
  • Sometimes I add some julienned carrots or broccoli to this.

I wanted to eat this bowl of hot and sour powder for a long time. For this reason, I bought chili powder and made chili oil online. I also bought Sichuan sweet potato noodles online. The reason why I chose to eat it in such a hot weather was because I wanted to eat it after I was sweating and detoxification. …There are many versions of hot and sour noodles, and it is impossible to find out which one is authentic. First of all, you must have sweet potato noodles, a handful of fried crispy beans, and Sichuan chili oil.

80 grams Sweet potato vermicelli
20 grams soy
10gram Sprouts
1 tree parsley
2000 grams water
5 grams White sugar
Right amount salt
5 grams ginger
5 grams shallot
15 grams Chili oil
Right amount oil
20 grams Vinegar
15 grams Soy sauce
3 grams pepper powder

Steps:

  • Soak the soybeans for 2 hours in advance, drain the water, heat the oil, add the beans and fry until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt after removing it, and it will become crisp after letting cool
  • Clean the surface with sweet potato flour
  • Heat the oil, add the broken rice sprouts and stir fry
  • Minced green onion and ginger
  • Wash coriander and cut into sections
  • Mix all seasonings, mix well and add appropriate amount of salt
  • Add the chopped green onion and ginger to the sauce
  • Bring to a boil, add the sweet potato flour, and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat
  • After cooking, remove it into the sauce, and pour the boiling water into the bowl
