50 grams parsley

15 grams Minced garlic
15 grams ginger
10gram Sugar
1 scoop Lao Gan Ma Hot Bean Spicy Sauce
1 scoop Soy sauce
20 grams Tangerine skin
15 grams Millet pepper

Steps:

  • Rinse the garlic, soak it in water for half an hour, wash it off and dry it in water for later use.
  • The condiments are ready. Cut the orange peel into shreds, cut the coriander stalk into 4 cm sections, minced garlic, minced ginger, and spicy millet for later use.

1 tablespoon oil, peanut or sesame
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Steps:

  • Heat peanut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until the edges begin to brown, about 20 seconds. Add the green beans; cook and stir until the green beans begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Continue cooking and stirring for several minutes until the beans have attained the desired degree of tenderness.
