1000 grams Beef Brisket
500 g Beef tendon
10ml Soy sauce
a little shallot
Right amount ginger
3 petals garlic
5ml Cooking wine
Right amount water
a little parsley
Right amount Five spice powder
Right amount Stew

Steps:

  • Clean the sirloin and beef tendon and blanch it for later use
  • Stir the blanched sirloin and beef tendon in a pot for 1-2 minutes, spray in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry well, then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
  • Pour into half a pot of hot boiling water, about 5-6 times the water of beef, add stew ingredients, green onions, ginger, garlic, etc., cover, turn to low heat and simmer for about 2 and a half hours.
  • It can be sprinkled with green onions or coriander when it is out of the pan, it is very delicious
