- 1. Preheat the oven to 415 degrees. 2. In a large bowl mix together potatoes, jalapenos, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika or cayenne, salt, and pepper. 3. Lay on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, turning the fries over every 8-10 minutes.
- 4. While the fries are baking, in a medium saucepan heat the heavy cream at medium heat. 5. Add the Velveeta cheese and cook until melted, stirring frequently. (add more heavy cream if needed)
- Top fries with cheese sauce, bacon, parsley, salt, and pepper! Serve with ranch dressing!
