Steps:
- Wash cauliflower.
- Cut florets from the top of the cauliflower until you have a cauliflower 'bowl'.
- Remove greens from bottom. Cut stems from radishes, leave the root which will look like an optic nerve, and remove skin but leave a little to resemble blood shot eyes/veins.
- Hollow out the cut end of the radish with the tip of a knife so to stuff with olive. Use a toothpick to hold everything together.
- Line your "bowl" with aluminum foil or a clear cling wrap so dip doesn't escape.
- Fill cauliflower with dip, garnish with radish 'eyes', pepper nose and onion mouth, and serve with veggies and crackers.

- Prep the cauliflower: Break the head of cauliflower into florets that are relatively the same size. Set aside. Heat your air fryer to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, salt, and garlic powder. Add the cauliflower and toss well to combine. Sprinkle over the cornstarch and toss again to coat evenly. Using tongs, place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket and fry for 15 minutes, tossing once or twice halfway through, until the cauliflower is browned in spots. To avoid overcrowding, you can do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Meanwhile, make the blue cheese dressing: In a small bowl, gently fold all of the dressing ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the cauliflower with the blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
