Prep Time 30 minutes

Cook Time 50 minutes

Yield 12-16 Slices for Dogs

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Cup Rolled Oats (Gluten Free )
1 Medium Sweet Potato (Organic)
1 Medium Red Pepper (Organic)
1.5 Cup Cauliflower (Organic)
1/4 Cup Spinach (Organic)
1 Chicken Breast (Organic)
1 Egg (Organic Free Range)
1 Tsp Canola Oil (Organic)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 and cook the chicken breast through
  • Once cooked shred the chicken breast and set aside in a bowl. Heat your oven to 400 degrees
  • In a food processor combine oats, egg, canola oil and chopped up sweet potato. You can cook the sweet potato a little in the microwave if you'd like
  • On parchment paper, take your sweet potato dough and roll it out in the shape of a pizza, about 1/2 - 1/4 inch thick
  • Place in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes
  • While the dough is cooking, chop and put the red pepper in the food proccessor until smooth, this is your 'pizza sauce'. Drain some of the excess water. Set aside in a bowl
  • Put the cauliflower in the food processor to make your 'cheese'. You will pulse this just to make it look like grated cheese
  • Put in the microwave for a 5 minutes to cook the cauliflower. Set aside
  • Do the same with the spinach in the food processor
  • Once the timer goes off for the sweet potato dough, take out of the oven and put your pizza together with the red pepper sauce first, cauliflower cheese, spinach topping and chicken
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the edges of the pizza are browned and it is cooked through
  • Cool the pizza before serving!
  • For humans only: add some salt, pepper and garlic for a delicious and healthy pizza!
