This Pumpkin Maple Butter will find its way to any and everything you make this season. Oatmeal, toast, apple slices all invite this slightly sweet condiment. Besides being delicious, it’s easy to make and it’ll fill your home with a divine aroma.

Steps:
- In a large pot, combine all the ingredients, stirring together until incorporated.Cook over medium to medium-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. If the mixture begins to bubble ferociously, reduce the heat to low and stir to avoid pumpkin explosions of volcanic proportions.Allow the pumpkin maple butter to cool in a heat proof container. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!Notes: If making homemade pumpkin puree, use a Pie Pumpkin! Honeynut squash is also a beloved sweet winter squash variety to use!
