Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, grease the bundt pan.
- Using a stand mixer fitted with a wire whisk attachment, cream the bowl’s butter and sugar at medium-high speed until combined and fluffy.
- At medium speed, gradually add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and lemon extract. Add in the milk and sour cream.
- Add the cake mix and flour and beat until it is well incorporated. Pour the batter into the bundt pan.
- Put the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 55 minutes. Take the pan out of the conventional oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes; invert pan to a wire rack.

- Add cake mix, pudding mix, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter in a greased and floured loaf pan (Dimensions: 9x5). You can also use 2 smaller loaf pans or even a 10-12 cup bundt pan.
- Toss some more chocolate chips on top, if you like.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool down and drizzle a glaze, if you like. Enjoy!

Though I love to cook, I'm fairly new to baking "outside the box" lol. I've seen several wonderful sounding recipes I'd like to try, listing cake mix with pudding as an ingredient. Yay!! Right up my alley! =D
But wait, I've never seen a cake mix with pudding. Hmmmm.... So I did a little internet digging and found this article/recipe. Thought I'd share it for anyone else out there who was scratching their heads.
"You can use cake mix with an additional ingredient to make it taste moist and homemade: pudding. Adding an instant-pudding mix to your cake mix and altering the other ingredient amounts and bake time will produce a delicious cake--and no one will detect that it started with a mix.
