500 g Bitter vegetables
Right amount Green onion oil
Five petals garlic
Right amount Vinegar
Right amount salt

Steps:

  • It takes a while to wash the bitter vegetables, so wash it a few times
  • The water is opened to enter the bitter vegetables, and the water can be removed again
  • Bitter vegetables were taken out of cold water
  • Control clean water
  • Take out the excess water with your hands, don’t get too dry and retain a little bit of water, and the taste will not be so astringent.
  • Cut 5 cm sections into the basin
  • Add chopped green onion oil, minced garlic, salt, mix well, add vinegar, and mix well

Half spoon salt
Trace MSG

Steps:

  • Prepare the right amount of bitter vegetables according to the number of people
  • Cut the bitter vegetables into small pieces, then put them in water and boil for 3 minutes, then remove the water and drain (purpose: the taste of raw sauteed bitter vegetables is too crisp, this kind of cooking tastes better, of course, don’t take too long, too long will destroy the nutrition )
  • Stir fry the bitter vegetables with one tablespoon of oil, add half a teaspoon of salt, and mix well with the trace amounts of vegetarian MSG.
