1 Onion (chopped)
A dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Water (as required)
Kosher Salt (as required)
Black Pepper (as required)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
No-Salt Seasoning (as required)
2 tablespoons Canola Oil (Buy)
4 Bay Leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325oF.
  • Sprinkle pepper, Kosher salt, no-salt seasoning, and garlic powder on the beef neck bones.
  • Put beef neck bones in canola oil. Fry them to form a layer of crust.
  • Take a large pan, place neck bones in it. Add onion, dash of Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaves to it.
  • Add water to the pan. After that, cover it with foil.
  • Bake it for a maximum of 3-4 hours.
