6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick work well)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (adjust to your taste)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the chops in a shallow baking pan.
  • Mix all the rest of the ingredients to create the sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the chops.
  • Bake for 11/2 hours.
  • Enjoy!

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup hot water

Steps:

  • Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.
