I am not allowed to attend any party without a batch of these. At our last party I made over 200 of these and they disappeared. You can use any flavor small size instant pudding and any flavor liquor you desire to come up with your own combination. These are the best! Note-cooking time is freezing time.

Yield 20-25 2 ounce cups, 20-25 serving(s)

Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pudding mix, the small size
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup liquor
8 ounces Cool Whip

Steps:

Mix together milk and pudding with an electric mixer until no lumps exist.
Beat in liquor.
Gently fold in cool whip.
Spoon into 2 ounce cups, cover with lids and freeze.
Some pudding and liquor combos I like to use are chocolate pudding and mint schnapps, banana pudding and coconut rum, coconut cream pudding and banana schnapps, cheesecake pudding and raspberry schnapps, pumpkin spice pudding and spiced rum and my ultimate favorite strawberry pudding and banana schnapps.

Ingredients

1 c. cold whole milk
1 c. Lucky Charms cereal, divided
1 c. Bailey's Irish cream, chilled
1 tbsp. rainbow sprinkles
1/4 c. vanilla frosting

Steps:

Pour 1/2 cup Lucky Charms into milk and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to infuse milk with the cereal’s sugary flavor. Strain out cereal, pouring milk into a pitcher. Add Bailey’s to the cereal milk, stirring to combine. Remove 8 marshmallows from the remaining Lucky Charms. Set aside. Take the rest of the cereal and crush finely, pouring it out onto a plate and mixing with sprinkles. Dip shot glasses into vanilla frosting, then roll in crushed cereal. Fill each drink with Bailey's-infused milk and serve.

Make crust: In a medium bowl, stir together Nilla wafers, butter, and salt. Press into the bottom of a small rectangular baking dish. Set aside. Make cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in heavy cream and vanilla and until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes until thickened. Fold pudding into cheesecake mixture. Pour half the filling into graham cracker crust. Add a layer of sliced bananas and Nilla Wafers, then pour remaining half of filling over top. Add another layer of sliced bananas and Nilla wafers. Refrigerate until cool and set, at least 2 hours and up to overnight covered. Top lasagna with cool whip, sprinkle with nilla wafers and top with remaining banana slices. Slice and serve.
