Fried lotus root with beans recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

It’s a pity that half of the lotus root is left for the vegetarian ribs, the soup is too little, and it’s a waste. There are just a few beans in the refrigerator, so I just used them all to stir-fry this vegetarian dish~~ Fried lotus root with beans. The taste is refreshing and good!

Number Of Ingredients 9

Half section Lotus root
4 pieces Carob
Half carrot
2 pcs garlic
Right amount salt
Right amount oil
a little Chicken noodles
2 tbsp Abalone sauce
Right amount Shimizu

Steps:

  • Ingredients: beans, lotus root, carrots, garlic cloves
  • Peel lotus root and cut into strips, peel and cut carrots into strips
  • The snap beans are broken and soaked for a while, the garlic cloves are peeled and crushed
  • Heat the pan, pour the oil, add garlic and sauté
  • Add the beans and stir fry for a while
  • Pour in the lotus root and continue to stir fry
  • Stir-fry the carrot sticks continuously
  • Add a little water and stir fry for a while, cover the pot and simmer for about 1 minute, let it heat up quickly and evenly
  • Add salt and chicken powder
  • Pour the abalone juice and stir fry evenly
