Oh. Yes. We. Did. And oh, yes you should. Break up with the delivery guy. Skip the frozen pizza aisle. Leave the oven off. Your air fryer is taking charge of pizza night and honestly? We doubt you’ll turn to a frozen pizza ever again.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
11 pepperoni slices (0.8 oz)
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray. Unroll dough, and tuck corners under. Shape into 10-inch round with thicker 1-inch border.
  • Press into air fryer basket on top of parchment. Press 1 1/2 inches up side of basket.
  • Set to 325°F; cook 10 minutes. Turn pizza crust over on counter; remove parchment, and replace in air fryer basket. Cool 2 to 3 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
  • Using fingers, press center of crust down, making 1-inch border. Brush sides and top of crust all over with olive oil. Place in basket. Cook 5 minutes longer.
  • Top center of dough with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, then top with pepperoni, followed by Parmesan cheese. Cook 4 to 7 minutes longer or until cooked through and cheese is melted. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from basket with rubber spatula.

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
24 pepperoni slices (about 1/3 cup), cut in half
1/4 cup pizza sauce
3 sticks (1 oz each) mozzarella string cheese, each cut crosswise in 4 pieces
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Spray 5.8-quart or larger air fryer basket with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust. Using pizza cutter or knife, cut crust in half lengthwise, then in sixths crosswise to form 12 rectangles.
  • On center of each rectangle, place 2 slices pepperoni (4 halves), 1 teaspoon pizza sauce and 1 piece string cheese. Fold crust over filling, and firmly pinch edges to seal.
  • Place seam-side down in air fryer basket. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Set air fryer to 325°F; cook 7 to 9 minutes or until top of dough is golden brown. Using tongs, carefully turn pizza balls.
  • Cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until top of dough is golden brown. Remove from air fryer using tongs.
