Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans with cooking spray.
- Combine strawberry cake mix, white chocolate chips, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, water, and pudding mix in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Divide batter between the prepared cake pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Set pans on a wire rack and cool for 15 minutes.

CHOCOLATE & WHITE CHIPS BUNDT CAKE | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
This is a chocolate lover's dream dessert. The cake is moist and super chocolaty. The addition of chocolate and white chocolate chips makes this cake special. They're like little surprises inside the cake. The glaze does make way more than you need, but it's yummy! We bet you could use the extra and dip berries or pound cake.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan with PAM Baking no-stick cooking spray with flour.
- Combine cake mix, instant pudding mix, eggs, water & canola oil in large bowl until blended. Beat on medium speed for about 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate & white chips, and coconut (optional). Pour cake batter into pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Then invert cake onto a heat resistant serving plate. Cool completely.
- FOR GLAZE: Combine sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips in a small saucepan. Over medium-low heat, stir constantly until chocolate chips melt and mixture is smooth. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat & stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool for a half hour or until chocolate thickens slightly before glazing the cake. Texture & Taste is somewhat like fudge. You can top glaze with chopped or grated nuts, or leave plain.
- TIP: You will not need to use all of the glaze mixture. Just pour enough to cover or drip over edges.

- Heat oven to 350ºF. You'll need 24 regular-size muffin cups with cupcake liners. (Or line a 13 x 9-in. or 15 x 10 x 1-in. baking pan with nonstick foil.) Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl with a whisk until blended. Whisk milk, water, oil, vanilla and eggs in a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl. Make a well in the flour mixture. Gradually pour milk mixture into flour mixture; whisk until blended (some small lumps may remain). Stir in chips. Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of a cupcake comes out clean. (Or bake 13 x 9-in. pan 35 minutes; bake 15 x 10 x 1-in. pan 25 minutes.) Cool cupcakes or cake in pan on wire rack 30 minutes. Remove from pan, remove foil and cool completely. Add 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder to dry ingredients. Increase water to 1 cup and omit eggs. Prepare and bake as directed. Reduce sugar to 1 1/2 cups and add 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice to dry ingredients. Omit milk, water and chocolate chips. Reduce oil to 1/2 cup and add 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce to liquid ingredients. Prepare and bake as directed.
