1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.

  • "Heavy cream must be very cold. Mix heaving cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl with a small whisk. Put in Isi and shake vigorously about 4 times with CO2 cartridge. Test out in a bowl. If whipped cream is as desired constancy, then put in refrigerator. "
