1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables

Steps:

  • Combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. If desired, sprinkle with additional parsley. Serve with vegetables.

fresh parsley

1/2 c.

sour cream

1/3 c.

chopped fresh chives

1/3 c.

fresh tarragon

anchovy fillets

Juice of 1 lemon

1

garlic clove 

1

small shallot, roughly chopped

1/2 tsp.

kosher salt

Black pepper, to taste

1/2 c.

mayonnaise

Red and green veggies, for serving

Steps:

  • Make the dip: Combine the parsley, sour cream, chives, tarragon, anchovies, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Scrape into a bowl and gently stir in the mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Arrange red and green veggies on a platter. Serve with the dip.
