⅓ cup butter
1 clove crushed garlic
¼ tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Steps:

In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked. Add dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
Serve warm.

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
Dash of ground red pepper

Steps:

Heat lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Gradually add pieces of butter, stirring constantly with a whisk until butter is melted and well blended. Stir in red pepper.
