- In a large skillet over medium heat, add Butter (2 tablespoon) and let it melt. Once melted add Apple (3), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Corn Starch (2 teaspoon) and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove apple mixture from skillet and place them in a bowl to cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle some All-Purpose Flour (to taste) onto your work surface, unfold each sheet of Puff Pastry (2 sheet) and roll it out a bit bigger on all sides. Cut each puff pastry into four squares, add about two tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of each one, and fold it in a triangle shape. Using a fork seal the edges.
- Make egg wash by whisking together Egg (1) and Water (1 tablespoon). Place them in the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the egg wash. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and lightly golden brown. To make vanilla glaze mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Milk (2 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) in a bowl until it has the right consistency. Drizzle over each apple turnover and serve!

- In a large heavy saucepan, spread sugar; cook, without stirring, over medium-low heat until it begins to melt. Cook until melted sugar turns a medium amber color, stirring occasionally. Mix cider and vinegar; pour slowly into melted sugar (mixture will harden). Reduce heat; cook and stir until mixture returns to a liquid. Add apples and spices; toss to coat. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, until cooled., Preheat oven to 400°. Drain apples; reserving juices. On a lightly floured surface, roll each sheet of puff pastry sheet into a 12-in. square. Cut each into four squares. Top each with about 3 tablespoons drained apple. Fold pastry over filling to form a triangle; press edges with a fork to seal. Place on greased baking sheets., Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes. For glaze, mix confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla and reserved apple juices. Stir in enough cream to reach a thick drizzling consistency. Spoon over turnovers. Serve warm.

- 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Cherry Filling 3. Meanwhile, bring filling ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan. 4. Let simmer for 2 minutes, or until soft and thickened. 5. Place filling into a bowl and place in fridge. Let cool completely. 6. Apricot Glaze 7. For the Apricot glaze, first, place apricots in a blender and blend until fine powder. 8.
