- Preheat broiler. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, lime juice, ginger, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Season fish with salt and black pepper. Spread skinless sides of fish with coconut oil mixture.
- Place fish on a greased broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve topped with chutney and cilantro.

- Either leave the fish whole or cut it in half if it will be too big/long for your baking dish
- With a knife, make slits about 2 - 3 on each side. There is no need to make deep cuts, just enough to cut through the skin and the seasoning to hide in there.
- After cleaning your fish, pat dry with a paper towel
- Prepare the seasoning by mixing all the ingredients (seasoning and oil) in a bowl.
- Either leave the fish whole or cut it in half if it will be too big/long for your baking dish.
- Season the fish thoroughly with the prepared seasoning blend. Place the seasoned fish in a plastic container or glass bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or longer to marinate for more flavor.
- Remove the fish from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature. Turn on your oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit.
- When the oven is hot enough, place the fish in a prepared baking dish and bake it for 30 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on size and thickness.
- Remove and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
