250 g butter only
3 /4 c sugar
¼ c oil
1 teaspoon v/ess
½ c corn flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Crushed almonds
2 and ½ c

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180 ° Grease an flour baking trays Sift dry ingredients ..In a large bowl beat butter and sugar Add oil and v/ess beat well. Mix into dry ingredients and form soft dough. Role out cut into desired shapes..Bake for 12 to 15min. Till lightly coloured Remove cool completely.
